The grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot grow in the early ripening location of St. Peter near Bolzano and, in the slightly later location of Missian in the municipality of Appiano, the varieties Syrah, Merlot and Tempranillo grow. The vines thrive in both locations at around 350 m above sea level. The two different locations
