This special edition celebrates the spring equinox, a time when day and night are of equal length and new life awakens. The "Cnocht An Earraigh" is a Single Malt Irish Whiskey that has been aged in first fill bourbon barrels and finished in Cabernet Sauvignon wine barriques. This maturation
